How To Make Baked Eggs in Avocado Recipe
Creamy baked eggs nestled in ripe avocados, topped with crispy bacon and fresh herbs.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Scoop out some of the avocado flesh to create a larger well for the egg.

Place avocados on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Crack one egg into each avocado half.

Season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until the eggs are set to your preference.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with bacon, parsley, and chives.

Serve immediately.
