  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.

  2. Place the chicken tenders in a bowl and pour the buttermilk over them. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Remove the chicken tenders from the buttermilk, allowing any excess to drip off, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.

  5. Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet and spray them lightly with cooking spray.
