  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well.

  3. Shape the mixture into 12 meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes, until cooked through.
