How To Make Spiced lamb meatball stew

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the ground lamb, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Shape the mixture into small meatballs.

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove the meatballs from the pot and set aside.

In the same pot, add the diced tomatoes and broth. Bring to a simmer and return the meatballs to the pot. Cover and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
