Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt and cold water until smooth.

  2. Add cardamom, saffron, and honey and whisk until well combined.

  3. Add ice cubes to serving glasses and pour lassi over them.

  4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
