  • 1 tbsp black peppercorns, crushed

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, crushed peppercorns, and minced garlic. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

  3. Season with salt, to taste.

  4. Serve the cooked shrimp hot with lemon wedges on the side.
