Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp black peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Crush peppercorns and mix with dill, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.

  3. Rub salmon fillets evenly with olive oil.

  4. Press peppercorn mixture onto the top of the salmon fillets.

  5. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through.

  6. Serve warm.
