How To Make Peppercorn and Dill Crusted Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp black peppercorns
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Crush peppercorns and mix with dill, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.

Rub salmon fillets evenly with olive oil.

Press peppercorn mixture onto the top of the salmon fillets.

Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through.
