How To Make Clove and Citrus Roasted Chicken Recipe
Tender chicken with warm and tangy flavors, made with cloves, oranges, and lemons.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken leg quarters
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tsp of whole cloves
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the garlic mixture over the chicken leg quarters, covering all sides.

Arrange the sliced oranges and lemons on top of the chicken.

Sprinkle the whole cloves over the chicken and fruit.

Roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken registers 165°F on an instant-read thermometer.
