Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, about 3-4 lbs
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of chopped anchovy fillets
- 1 lemon, sliced into rounds
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
