Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, about 3-4 lbs
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of chopped anchovy fillets
  • 1 lemon, sliced into rounds
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Clean and pat dry the chicken.

  3. Mix olive oil, chopped anchovy, and garlic powder in a small bowl.

  4. Rub mixture all over the chicken and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Place lemon slices on top of the chicken.
