How To Make Slow Cooker Sauerkraut and Sausage Recipe

- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a slow cooker, combine the sliced sausage, onion, garlic, sauerkraut, brown sugar, caraway seeds, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.

Cover and cook on low heat for 4 hours or until the sausage is cooked through and the flavors have melded together.
