How To Make Clam and Sausage Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound sausage, removed from casing
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups seasoned stuffing cubes
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup chopped clams
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cook sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add onion and garlic to the skillet, cooking until onion is softened.

In a large bowl, toss the sausage mixture with the stuffing cubes, chicken broth, clams, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Transfer the stuffing to a greased baking dish and bake for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
