How To Make Parmesan Parsley Stuffed Mushrooms
Whether you\’re looking for the ideal appetizer or just want a light main course meal, stuffing white mushrooms gives it a delightfully appealing taste.
Ingredients
- 12 large white mushroom caps
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat oil and sauté garlic for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff mushroom caps with mixture, drizzle with melted butter, and bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until heated through.
