How To Make Mouth Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
These stuffed mushrooms are a deliciously savoury appetizer that will leave your guests wanting more!

Ingredients
- 16 large mushrooms, cleaned and stemmed
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Take each mushroom and gently fill it with the breadcrumb mixture, being careful not to overfill.

Place the filled mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
