Ingredients

  • 4 fillets of your choice of white fish (cod, tilapia, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Rinse fish fillets and pat dry, then place them in a baking dish.

  3. In a small bowl, combine parsley, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Pour the parsley-lemon mixture over the fish.

  5. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
