Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the olives and pat them dry.

  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until the mixture is smooth but still slightly chunky.

  3. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

  4. Serve with sliced bread or crackers.
