Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread.

  2. In a medium mixing bowl, mash the avocado.

  3. Mix in the chopped parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spread the avocado mixture on the toast slices.

  5. Top with additional parsley leaves if desired.
