How To Make Oregano and Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Recipe
This chicken breast is stuffed with melted mozzarella cheese and fresh oregano, seasoned to perfection.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Stuff each chicken breast with 2 oz of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 tbsp of chopped oregano. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake the chicken for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.

Serve hot.
