How To Make Lasagna Stuffed Shells Recipe

Ingredients
- 16 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess grease.

Stir in the dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat.

In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.

Stuff each cooked shell with a spoonful of the beef mixture, followed by a spoonful of the cheese mixture.

Place the stuffed shells in a baking dish and pour the marinara sauce over top. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
