  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan.

  4. Spread ketchup on the top.
