How To Make Whole 30 Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe
Delicious and healthy stuffed bell peppers packed with veggies and protein.

Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers, halved and seeded
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup riced cauliflower
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Avocado oil for cooking
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F.

In a large skillet, heat the avocado oil over medium heat.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

Add the tomato sauce, riced cauliflower, diced tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir until well combined.

Remove the skillet from the heat.

Stuff each bell pepper half with the beef mixture.

Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is golden brown.
