Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Brush the mixture onto each ear of corn.

  4. Place the ears of corn on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until nicely charred.

  5. Serve with a wedge of lime.
