Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 3 cups of marinara sauce
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 1 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a separate bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. In a greased crockpot, layer 3 noodles, 1 cup of sauce, 1/3 of ricotta mixture, and 1/3 of mozzarella cheese. Repeat for two more layers.

  3. On the top layer, sprinkle parmesan cheese.

  4. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until noodles are tender and cheese is melted.
