Ingredients

  • 4 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ½ tsp of garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 4 tbsp of crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 tbsp of chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Toast your bread to your desired level of crispiness.

  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.

  3. Add garlic powder, salt, and lemon juice to the bowl and mash together with a fork.

  4. Spread ¼ of the mashed avocado onto each piece of toast.

  5. Top each slice of toast with diced tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped cilantro.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
