How To Make Vegetarian Avocado Toast Recipe
A healthy and delicious breakfast or snack option made with avocado, bread, and various toppings.

Ingredients
- 4 slices of whole wheat bread
- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ tsp of garlic powder
- ¼ tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 4 tbsp of crumbled feta cheese
- 4 tbsp of chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions

Toast your bread to your desired level of crispiness.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.

Add garlic powder, salt, and lemon juice to the bowl and mash together with a fork.

Spread ¼ of the mashed avocado onto each piece of toast.

Top each slice of toast with diced tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped cilantro.
