How To Make Vegetarian Club Sandwich

Ingredients
- 8 slices of whole wheat bread
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup of hummus
- 1/4 cup of sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup of sliced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup of alfalfa sprouts
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Toast the bread slices if desired.

Spread hummus evenly onto four slices of bread.

Layer avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, shredded carrots, and alfalfa sprouts on top of the hummus.

Season with salt and pepper.

Top with the remaining four slices of bread.
