Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 4 tbsp mayo
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices.

  2. Spread 1 tbsp mayo on each slice of bread.

  3. Layer the avocado and cucumber slices on 4 slices of bread.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Cover each sandwich with the remaining slices of bread.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
