Serves:

Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion, bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli. Sauté until vegetables are tender.

  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.

  4. Stir in cooked noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. In a separate pan, fry eggs to desired doneness.

  6. Divide noodle mixture into 4 bowls and top each with a fried egg.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
