How To Make Thanksgiving Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 4 cups bread cubes
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, onion, celery, carrot, parsley, sage, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the broth and melted butter over the bread mixture. Stir until well combined.

  4. Transfer the stuffing to a greased baking dish and cover with foil.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
