How To Make Thai Broccoli Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 medium broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 lime, juiced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add garlic and chili, sauté for 1 minute.

Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 5 minutes, until tender-crisp.

Push the broccoli to one side of the pan and add cooked rice to the other side.

Pour soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar over the rice, and stir to combine.

Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.

Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
