Ingredients
- 4 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup whiskey
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions

Wash the oranges and lemon, then slice them thinly, removing any seeds.

In a large saucepan, combine the sliced fruit, sugar, whiskey, and water.

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.

After 60 minutes, increase the heat to medium-high and cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until the mixture thickens to your desired consistency.

Remove from heat and let the marmalade cool for a few minutes.

Transfer the marmalade to sterilized jars and seal tightly.

Allow the jars to cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
