How To Make Sweet Mustard Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a pot of boiling water, cook the potatoes until they are fork-tender. Drain and let cool.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise, red onion, and fresh dill.

Add the cooked potatoes to the bowl and gently mix until all the potatoes are evenly coated with the dressing.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
