How To Make Jersey Mike’s Reuben Sub Recipe
A classic deli sandwich with corned beef, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, and Swiss cheese, all on a warm sub roll.

Ingredients
- 4 sub rolls
- 1 lb thinly sliced corned beef
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup thousand island dressing
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Slice the sub rolls lengthwise and evenly.

Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each roll.

Spoon the dressing on top of the cheese.

Place top half of roll on top of each sandwich and brush with melted butter.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
