How To Make Strawberry Toffee Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of ready-made puff pastry
  • 1 cup of toffee sauce
  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp of powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and place it in a tart pan.

  3. Prick the bottom of the pastry with a fork.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Let the puff pastry cool completely.

  6. Pour the toffee sauce into the cooled pastry shell and spread it evenly.

  7. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the toffee layer.

  8. Dust the powdered sugar over the strawberries.

  9. Chill the tart in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
