Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, sliced
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the minced garlic and sliced chili, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they turn bright green and become slightly tender.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper.

  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the broccoli in the skillet and continue stirring for another 2-3 minutes, until the broccoli is coated evenly.

  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.

  7. Serve the stir-fried broccoli with coconut as a main course or as a side dish.
