How To Make Stir-fried Broccoli with Coconut

Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and sliced chili, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they turn bright green and become slightly tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper.

Pour the sauce mixture over the broccoli in the skillet and continue stirring for another 2-3 minutes, until the broccoli is coated evenly.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
