How To Make Hearty Lentil One Pot Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup lentils, rinsed and drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

In a large pot, sauté the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic until softened.

Add the cumin powder, paprika, and turmeric. Stir well to coat the vegetables.

Add the lentils, vegetable broth, and diced tomatoes to the pot. Season with salt and pepper.
