How To Make Sticky Onion & Cheddar Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 ready-made pie crust
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sugar, and cook until the onions are caramelized and sticky, about 20 minutes. Set aside to cool.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Place the ready-made pie crust into a pie dish and crimp the edges.

Spread the caramelized onions evenly over the pie crust.

Pour the egg mixture over the onions.

Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Place the quiche in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
