- 1 kg squished tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp sugar
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add squished tomatoes, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and sugar to the pan.

Simmer the sauce for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
