How To Make Spicy Mushroom & Broccoli Noodles

Ingredients
- 8 oz noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the bell pepper, mushrooms, and broccoli and cook until tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and sesame oil.

Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to combine.

Add the cooked noodles and toss until well coated.

Season with salt to taste.

Serve the spicy mushroom & broccoli noodles garnished with chopped green onions.
