How To Make Speedy Soy Spinach

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 lb fresh spinach, washed and trimmed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the spinach to the skillet, stirring constantly until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.

Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the spinach. If desired, sprinkle red pepper flakes for an extra kick of heat. Stir well to combine.

Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
