How To Make Rainbow Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

Add the diced bell peppers, grated carrot, and frozen peas. Cook for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are slightly softened.

Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir well to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Stir in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for another 5 minutes, until everything is heated through.

Serve the rainbow rice hot and enjoy!
