How To Make Potatoes on Skewers

- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, toss the potato chunks with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Thread the potato chunks onto the soaked wooden skewers.

Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes per side or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
