How To Make Pick & Mix Noodle Plate

Ingredients
- 8 oz of noodles (your choice)
- 1 cup of chicken, cooked and diced
- 1 cup of shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 1 cup of assorted vegetables (carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, etc.), sliced
- 1 cup of bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of ginger, minced
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup of cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant.

Add cooked chicken, shrimp, assorted vegetables, and bean sprouts to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Stir in soy sauce and sugar. Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until noodles are heated through.

Serve the noodle mixture in bowls and garnish with green onions, cilantro, and lime wedges.
