  • 4 oranges, peeled and sliced

  • 1 burrata cheese, torn into pieces
  • 1/2 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
  • For the dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the orange slices, chopped herbs, torn burrata, and sliced black olives.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
