How To Make Grilled Nectarine & Burrata Salad

Ingredients
- 4 ripe nectarines, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and honey.

Brush the cut side of each nectarine half with the olive oil and honey mixture.

Grill the nectarines, cut side down, for 2-3 minutes or until grill marks appear. Flip and grill for an additional 2 minutes.

Remove the nectarines from the grill and let them cool for a few minutes. Slice each nectarine half into wedges.

In a large bowl, combine the salad greens and cherry tomatoes. Toss with the remaining olive oil and honey mixture.

Divide the salad greens among 4 plates. Top each plate with grilled nectarine wedges.

Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and distribute it evenly among the plates.

Sprinkle the salad with fresh basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve immediately.
