How To Make Mango Chutney Baked Feta with Lentils

- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1/2 cup mango chutney
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the feta cheese in a small baking dish and spread the mango chutney on top.

In a separate mixing bowl, combine the cooked lentils, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Spoon the lentil mixture around the feta cheese in the baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the feta cheese is soft and slightly golden.

Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
