How To Make Mac ‘n’ Cheese Bites

Who says vegetarians don’t get to enjoy savory meals? A taste of these authentic vegetarian recipes will make you change your mind. So, you just might want to go vegetarian after your first bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.

  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, flour, melted butter, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.

  3. Spoon mixture into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup to the top.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.

  5. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Use a butter knife to gently loosen the edges of the mac ‘n’ cheese bites and remove from the muffin tin.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
