How To Make Olive, Cherry Tomato & Feta Focaccia

Ingredients
- 1 lb prepared pizza dough
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to fit a greased baking sheet.

Transfer the dough to the baking sheet and brush the surface with olive oil.

Spread the olives, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese evenly over the dough.

Sprinkle with minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are bubbly and slightly roasted.
