Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated horseradish
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

  2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, grated horseradish, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper over medium heat. Bring to a simmer.

  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the greased baking dish. Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes.

  4. Repeat layering with the remaining potatoes and cream mixture.

  5. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes.

  6. Remove the foil, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top, and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and tender.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
