Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp horseradish
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into chunks.

  2. Boil potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.

  3. Drain potatoes and return them to the pot.

  4. Mash potatoes with a potato masher or fork until smooth.

  5. In a small saucepan, heat milk and butter until butter is melted.

  6. Pour milk mixture into the pot with the mashed potatoes.

  7. Add horseradish, salt, and black pepper to the pot.

  8. Stir everything together until well combined and creamy.

  9. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
