How To Make Grilled Corn with Garlic Mayo & Grated Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the husks and silk from the corn ears.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and minced garlic to make the garlic mayo.

Season the corn with salt and pepper.

Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.

Remove the corn from the grill and brush each ear with the garlic mayo.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the corn.

Return the corn to the grill and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the corn from the grill and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
