How To Make Garlic & Mushroom Burgers

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, mushrooms, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.

  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.

  4. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

  5. Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked patties on the bottom half of each bun. Add desired toppings and cover with the top half of the bun.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
