How To Make Garlic & Mushroom Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, mushrooms, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.

Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked patties on the bottom half of each bun. Add desired toppings and cover with the top half of the bun.
